Discovery
Share dimensions, photos, inspiration, and constraints. We’ll contact & confirm use (indoor/outdoor), color family, budget, sizes.
Estimate & Deposit
You’ll receive a formal quote with lead time. A deposit secures materials and mold time on our schedule.
Design & CAD
We produce shop drawings/3-D and verify critical details—clearances, seams, mounting, plumbing & venting.
Samples
Optional color/finish samples to approve sheen and texture (matte, satin, or sealed looks).
Production
We hand-cast in high-strength GFRC, then cure, finish, and seal for the project environment.
Delivery / Install
Local delivery in Michigan and crated freight nationwide. Install guides and maintenance included.
