Product Warranty
Hardtopix warrants that its products will:
- Perform in a good and workmanlike manner in line with industry standards.
- Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Be free from infringement of any valid patent or copyright of a third party.
This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
Exclusions from Warranty
The following issues are not covered by this warranty:
- Hairline Cracks: Small surface cracks are a natural characteristic of concrete and are not considered defects.
- Installation Issues: Damage caused during or due to improper installation.
- Improper Cleaning or Maintenance: Damage resulting from the use of harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or incorrect cleaning methods.
- Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse, including scratches, chips, or stains.
- Alterations: Damage caused by drilling into or otherwise altering the product after delivery.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty outlined above is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Hardtopix.
- No Other Warranties: This warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Limit of Liability: Hardtopix is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages, such as:
- Loss of business or profits.
- Service interruptions.
- Any other incidental damages caused directly or indirectly by our products or services.
Exclusive Remedies
If you discover a defect covered by this warranty:
- Notify Hardtopix in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Hardtopix will assess the issue and, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the non-conforming product at no cost to you.
Failure to report defects within this timeframe may void your warranty.
Final Notes
This warranty is made exclusively for the benefit of the original purchaser and is non-transferable. By purchasing from Hardtopix, you acknowledge and accept these warranty terms.
