Placing an Order

1. Approval of Orders: All orders are subject to review and written approval by Hardtopix.
2. Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed after payment is received.
   • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and wire transfers. Payments made by check or wire transfer will be processed once cleared.
3. Ownership: Products remain the property of Hardtopix until full payment has been received and the items are shipped.
4. Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Custom Orders

Hardtopix specializes in custom, made-to-order products.

• Design Ownership: Custom molds, designs, and plans remain the property of Hardtopix, even after the project is complete.
• Intellectual Property: You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any drawings, plans, or digital files provided by Hardtopix without our written consent.

Cancellations & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

• If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within seven (7) days. We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure the correct product is delivered.
• Changes to orders after production starts may not be possible. If changes can be accommodated, additional charges may apply.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Options: Products may ship via ground service, freight carrier, or other methods depending on size and weight. Shipping fees are determined at the time of purchase.
2. International Orders: Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. may incur additional fees, including customs, tariffs, or brokerage charges. These are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Inspection on Delivery:
   • Inspect all shipments upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
   • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made outside this window may not be accepted.

Product Care & Limitations

Concrete is durable but not indestructible. To keep your product in top condition:

1. Chipping & Scratching: Avoid striking the surface with hard objects. Minor scratches can be treated with wax or polish.
2. Staining: Our products are sealed for stain resistance, but exposure to acidic substances (e.g., vinegar, wine) or harsh chemicals can compromise the sealer. Clean spills promptly to avoid damage.
3. Natural Variations: Each piece is handmade, so slight differences in color, texture, and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the product's unique character.

Warranty

Hardtopix offers a limited one-year warranty on its products, ensuring they are free from material defects and meet industry standards.

• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover hairline cracks, stains, scratches, or damage caused by improper use or maintenance.
• Remedies: If a product is defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Taxes

Sales tax will be collected where required by law. Tax exemptions may apply if valid documentation is provided at the time of purchase. For tax-exempt orders, please contact us before placing your order.

Limitations of Liability

Hardtopix is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses due to installation errors or improper use of the product.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure

Hardtopix is not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
