Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. To provide you with accurate and real-time rates, Hardtopix calculates shipping costs using live shipping rates. These rates will be displayed at checkout.

• Standard Products: Typically 3-5 weeks.
• Custom Products: Start at 4-6 weeks and may vary depending on the complexity and volume of the order.

We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and notify you as your order progresses.

Oversize/Overweight Delivery

Certain items, such as large countertops or tables, may exceed standard delivery truck liftgate capabilities (typically 8 feet in length). For these oversized or heavyweight shipments:

• Delivery Requirements: A forklift, loading dock, or similar equipment may be necessary to safely unload your order at its destination.
• Alternative Solutions: If your shipping location cannot accommodate the unloading requirements, we recommend working with a White-Glove or Moving Company to receive and deliver your order to its final location.

Please ensure your shipping address is equipped to handle these requirements at the time of delivery.
